Unlock Your Dog’s Full Potential
At Four Paws Dog Training, we understand that every dog is unique, and training is a journey that evolves with your dog’s age, personality, and experiences. Whether you’ve already started training or are looking for expert guidance to take things to the next level, our adult classes are designed to help you and your dog succeed together.
Why Join Our Adult Classes?
- For Dogs of All Ages
Our classes are open to dogs aged six months and older, no matter their breed or prior training experience. It’s never too late to improve your dog’s skills and confidence. - Focus on Real-World Success
We go beyond basic obedience to help your dog thrive at home, in the park, or out in the community. From polite greetings to advanced off-lead control, our training ensures your dog becomes a well-mannered companion in all settings. - Flexible Goals
Whether you aim to achieve Kennel Club UK Good Citizen Award or simply train to meet the award standards without formal assessment, we’ll support your ambitions, big or small.
What We Cover in Adult Classes
Our comprehensive training programme is tailored to meet the needs of both beginners and experienced handlers, ensuring steady progress at every level.
Socialisation with People and Dogs
- People
Dogs learn to feel comfortable and behave politely around strangers. Whether shy or excitable, your dog will practise calm, confident interactions. - Dogs
Improve your dog’s focus and obedience, even in the presence of other dogs. This is ideal for social outings and everyday encounters.
Note: Dogs with severe behavioural issues should consult a behaviourist before attending group classes. Please contact us for advice.

Perfect for those just starting or refreshing their training, these classes focus on essential skills, including:
